Nah,..I train at Best and Snap since I moved to Fairview. I do like Real tho. Im thinking about the NMA this April here in Erie. i am also considering physique over 35 to. Not as grueling as bodybuilding. May be friendlier due to my back and shoulder issues.

Shrug I do..yes!
I took a week off, due to a head cold, and it was difficult to get back in the gym.
After a few days It became routine again.
It did feel good to let my body completely rest.
Enjoy the down time!

AFter doing around 1600 squats the last 4 weeks prior to the week off. The Squat bar is my best friend.
