To say I am clueless would be correct, as I do not have a clue about the fitnesspal link.
If i told you that I read your entire log I would be lying. I simply do not have the time. Nor did it even occur to me that you may have myfitnesspal and/or a link to ask for.
But from time to time I like to check in and read the logs of my favorite competitors, you, layne, milone, and some others to see what youre all up to and read the last 3-4 pages.
The last time we spoke you told me about your macros and the pictures were in alignment to what you were saying. But the last few seemed to be opposite which is why I brought it up. Sorry for the confusion

Thus I wanted to ask if you had changed your macros or something, Geez. Everyone needs to lighten up a bit.
I can understand this. But next time it'd sound a bit nicer and cause less of a commotion if you just ask :P

this FTW... hard to convey emotions in writing, so it's easy to take things out of context... that being said, a little background search would make things easier in the future too

Bro I've seen youcalled out in this log and milones for being a douche bag and it's always "a misunderstanding" or "jokes" but nobody else sees it that way. Maybe you should be more aware of how you come across. Typically people establish a relationship before trying to make serious comments/jokes. You are the onethat needs to take a step back not EVERYONE else

Well just because we are not on the same level doesnt mean either of us is wrong. Because I value my other relationships with time in person and dont have the time to build one with others on the internet half way across the world should not determine whether or not a question on a public forum and a public log has any less merit. To be frank and with all due respect im not about to ignore my friends in real life so I can come and log 20 000 posts on a website just to feel safe and okay to make comments/jokes.

Man, too bad about the guy at the gym. A torn pec is one of the most painful tears from what I hear
