Is it just me or have your deadlift numbers improved? It seems like you are pulling a lot more than you used to, with relative ease.

Gotcha. Yea early AM has never been my cup of tea but it does feel good getting your day started with a nice lift

have they improved? I think so, i have not really Max tested in a while, but the overall ease of doing them, getting comfortable with proper form is really paying off. Just a matter of doing them, rinse/repeat on form, and make sure you are keeping tight throughout the motion, and using proper hip drive to finish the lift makes a major difference.

Rep Tempo and holds have made a major difference in getting exercises to vary intensity technique. The 75 second hacks the other day put you on the verge, then repping out 20 reps of leg press for 4 sets with 1 minute rest = the biggest pump in your quads. Still hurting today.
Thank god for a deep tissue massage tomorrow

My point is just giving back. I know a LOT of company reps and owners, They always ask about my baking and recipes, so hopefully they can try them and enjoy them. Just being kind and giving back to those who have showed me support over the year.
I am just there to workout hard (Marc/Kyle) and we will have all of our workouts recorded by Tiger Fitness + Kyle will be recording himself as well
Meet up with the good bro's on here and other boards, meet company owners, and meet the cellucor staff and models, hopefully they dont mind my stuff with their protein haha.
