Ok so here is the issue. I'm really slow when i don't have caffeine in me during my workouts, actually I'm really slow anytime i don't have caffeine in me. I don't like taking caffeine though, because lately it's been giving me headaches and i get a twitch occasionally. I use to take a lot of caffeine like 200mg every other day last year. Now i only take about 50 mg. So i wanted to fix this issue permanently. I want to train my body to have a lot of energy all the time. I just don't have any idea how though. Any ideas?
