Hi..
I was doing SS for some time now..
but only today I realized what I did was wrong,
I did 3 sets of 5 reps for all exercises, INCLUDING the PC.. (Which I should do 5 sets of 3 reps, right?)
What are the consequences?
Thank you
ps
I had no problem doing the 3 sets..

No big deal.
Especially as you are working up, the weight is lighter, and you can do sets of 5. But as the weight gets heavier, it gets a lot tougher to do sets of 5 and keep progressing, which is why the sets of 3 are recommended. Just switch over, and don't worry about it.My starting strength, etc. log:, currently cutting on TM: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=143963661
