Sunday 3/24
Sluggish session. I've been very drained lately and need to eat more before training.
Bench - 1 board
125 x 1
135 x 1
145 x 0 - this was easy months ago :/
135 x 1
Still having trouble setting up properly for every set on the Forza bench. I'll probably go back to benching flat footed in a few weeks.

Solid sessions Kim.
You ever try altering calories to eating above maintenance on lifting days, below on non-lifting? Maybe even carb manipulation...not sure how closely you monitor eating. It's a pain but it helps me.#blackriflelivesmatter

I monitor my intake but I keep it simple, not interested in special diets. I have a minimum amount of protein and a maximum amount of carb I try to eat a day. My problem is I can't stomach much food early in the morning so my morning sessions are tougher. Wasn't too bad when I was doing silly speed work on those days, but now that I'm lifting heavy it affects me a lot more. I keep snacks at the gym for when I need a boost, which has definietly come in handy while doing Smolov. lol.

Weighed in @96.6 this morning.
I'll send you a pair if you warm up in them at worlds.
I'll take any sort of a PR at this point.
Thanks! The high frequency and intensity of Smolov helped me get stronger at forcing my knees out when under a heavy load. Still lots more work to do but it's better.Competition Wilks: 406

I didn't do as well as I hoped but I accomplished some things I've been working hard for.
I'm really tempted to max out on deadlift today since I left a lot on the platform. I've also been wanting to see where my sumo is at so I might do that.Competition Wilks: 406

Thanks!
281 was my lowered second attempt. I had planned to go 286 for my second but my first attempt didn't feel so great so I went a little lower to secure the WR total.
hahah Thanks! I really wanted 303 but my body wasn't up to it this time.. maybe in June. 315 eventually though.
lol One day they will behave! Thanks!
Thanks!Competition Wilks: 406
