Yeah, a dude at the gym the other day was grunting and dropping the weights. It was 25 lb DBs. I don't even know what exercise he was doing, but I was embarassed for him.

Yes! But religion is even worse than politics in my experience. At least people are ok with the fact that others can and will criticize their political views. But the same people $hit bricks if anyone even hints at criticizing their religious views. Like it's an untouchable subject.
BTW I am currently in a total FB flame war at the moment about the California propositions, so... got to go!!!Follow my 2018 competition prep here:

EVS worker comes around to clean up the building and has his pants around his thighs. He can't even really walk. He is doing some duck walk and humming to the music playing through his earbuds. All the while customers, visitors, international businessmen, and all kinds of people are walking through the area. So much for looking like a first class place.
You don't have to show up with a military dress press on your clothes. Just show up with at least some professionalism.Back In the Driver Seat with ErgoDrive

Have a few people like that working in the Cafiteria here. Talking ghetto, cursing, dressed like bums, giving people attitude etc. Under this suit and tie is a guy with tatts and a history that would make you scream like a little bi*ch if I wanted to.
One little Mexican dude with his shirt buttoned up on top, hair all slicked back walking around like he is the chit, staring people down, oh lawd Id love for him to bump in to me one day. A friend of mine tried to say hi to him, little amigo looked him up and down and just walked off.EX YU Mafia #1 ----Cant Touch Us----

Its not important what they say behind my back, what is Important is whether they stop talking and look down when I turn around.

Dumba$$ Union workers turning away a convoy of utility trucks from Alabama who drove to New Jersey to help with power outages, while millions are out of power with no heat, gas and cold weather coming really rustles my jimmies. Also the piss poor excuse we have for a president getting his photo ops in for the media then leaving the american people in their suffering while he is off campaigning does it for me too.

I agree that some are great people, seems a crisis always brings out the best in some and the worst in others.

you just described 90% of people on this planet .. more or less
most people just want to fit in and they do so by acting like everyone else not stepping out of what's considered ok, normal or accepted by their community
they go to church because they are expected to do so , they talk a certain way , they dress a certain way , they marry certain people etc...
most people compromise to fit in because they are afraid to stand out from the crowdwho says love has to be soft and gentle ?

the lack of a decent place to move to.....jimmies rustled at what people are looking for for what are frankly awful places.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't - you're right.
Aim for the stars and you might reach the moon, Aim for the ceiling and you won't get off the ground
I can do anything for 12 hours that would horrify me if i had to do it for life.

I had a similar thing happen in Georgia back around '94 or '95. I can't remember which year it was. There was a bad flood down there. I was part of a group of teens that volunteered to help deliver food and clothing. It took us about a day to find out where to drop it off. Then they wouldn't take the U-Haul truck full of food and water because we weren't licensed to deliver and distribute food. It was all in sealed cans and bottles.
