Ok so for those that don't remember and RmJ entry that I made a while ago, I'll recap:
There's a beauty college near the training studio where I work at.
I was off and doing my own workout of snatches and clean and jerk.
You use rubber bumper plates that you're supposed to drop from the overhead position after you complete the lift.
I had the big roll up door open and some girls from the college were passing by on their break, saw/heard me drop the barbell.
One of them started growling, grunting and flexing her biceps as to imply that Im some sub-human neanderthal meathead that's full of nothing but testosterone.
Anyway, I was doing split jerks today and she passed by and did it again! This time, I ran to the door, yelled "hey"
Her and her friends turned around.
I said, "At least I went to a REAL college."
She said, "What??"
I said, "You're acting as though Im some unintellectual moron but I actually went to a university while you're here at this beauty college that will pretty much take anybody."
Obviously I don't REALLY think less of people that go to beauty school but I think it was an appropriate thing to say at the time. And her friends chuckled w/her both times she did it so I don't care if they got offended as well.
And I didnt actually GRADUATE from said Uni but I did attend
I have the perfect workout partner for you..
vvvvvv lolol jk I wish you a speedy recovery.

Jimmies rustled by the boys my husband works with.
They whine and complain about working because they'll miss ComicCon or can't go drift their cars or see their girlfriend of 12 minutes.
Meanwhile my husband has barely seen his WIFE AND KIDS in the last 2 weeks and leaves on Sunday his 3rd week out of town trip in three weeks.
I know you don't have food poisoning, you little shiit.DAYUM!!!

what about beta G? lol
If it's any consolation, people like that won't last long... If you have bad work ethic and keep making stuff up to get out of work, it'll catch up w/you eventually.
Oh man.. I HATE the people that slam on red meat and fat. I'm having a meal made from scratch of grass-fed beef and just vegetables cooked in oil and natural seasonings, all perishable items, bought locally while you're eating some fukking processed granola bar or CLIF bar with your artifically sweetened yogurt and you're gonna say I'm gonna die? Sukk my cholesterol report biatch!Sept of Baelor was an inside job. Wildfire can't melt stone masonry.

I didn't follow that closely, but it seems to me Dr Oz was fairly credible until he got his own show. Then he became one hour of stupidity in your living room every afternoon at 4 on KSPS Cincinnati.
The problem is they are SO busy (so they need every guy they can get) and there are enough people who will work 24/7 to make up for the douchers who call in sick/habitually take time off/just don't show up.
The second part of your post - so much yes. People are so dumb sometimes.
I know I am biased (having moved out when I was 16) and there are, as always, exceptions but the 20-25 year old male living at home, working full-time while his mama does his laundry and cleans his room is pathetic.DAYUM!!!

Dari/Farsi. I'm pretty fluent as well. (well, colloquially anyway). I can even read a little of it.. I actually learned in my mid-20's on accident when I was trying to design a tattoo of my last name in farsi/arabic letters.
I bet if people like your husband wouldn't pick up the slack for the douche canoes' laziness, someone would catch on and the problem would fix itself.Sept of Baelor was an inside job. Wildfire can't melt stone masonry.

Hey, you are so nice!!!
I had the MRI yesterday, but unfortunately my doc can't see me for a while because he's the doctor of the Golden State Warriors and they are playing in (I think) Denver so I'll have to be patient. With the full brace it doesn't hurt, but of course I walk like frigging Captain Ahab, Aye, by death and devils, the white whale is Moby-Dick, arrr!!!Follow my 2018 competition prep here:

He's a supervisor. He has no choice.
He's also a supervisor who is mostly powerless when it comes to these guys. He has to report it, pick up their slack and hope something gets done.
Tis why he makes the big bucks!
HA!
I missed most of this story but wishes of health and healing to you!!DAYUM!!!

I have a friend who read from an article which was written by a doctor that switching your breakfast with your dinner will make you lose weight because after dinner you don't normally do any activities to burn calories. Basically he said that if he ate a steak for dinner and yogurt for breakfast that he could eat a steak for breakfast and yogurt for dinner and he will lose weight...
I basically told him and explained in detailed about the calories in and calories out. If you burn a ton of calories early in the morning and don't do anything but sit in front of a computer until dinner it doesn't matter how much you eat for dinner as long at the end of the day your at a calories deficit. I even told him if he is too lazy to calculate just find something you eat on a daily basis and just not eat it if you are losing more than 2 pounds a week eat a bit more if you are not losing weight take out more stuff from your diet. I tried to convince him as much as i could without trying to be too forceful with my knowledge, but he still is going to do it like that. He is a really good friend and i want to see him succeed, but can't do anything about it... Jimmies are RUSTLED!!

Working a 60 hour week when the weather is beautiful, finally. And my lazy-ass resident mate is nowhere to be found. And my brakes went out. Balls!
