Wasting a perfectly fine lifting day at work. I snuck in two heavyish sets this morning and it felt great. No warm up and no pre. I just walked in sat down and blasted out 10 lat pull downs and super setted 12 reps on the chest press. I was amped for about two hours. Unfortunately, I was already at work.
I just want to lift some heavy ****e right now!Back In the Driver Seat with ErgoDrive

Ok Jimmies Rustled!!!!
I just read an article that popped up titled "Ladies: 5 online dating mistakes"
The #3 mistake was this:
" Discounting the shorties. And the baldies
You love wearing heels and you don’t love looking like a giant next to your man -- fine. But if you set your filters too tightly and suggest you’re interested in men only 6’0 or taller, you may miss out on a gem (Matt Damon, George Clooney and Brad Pitt are all under 6 feet tall, girlfriend). Give some serious thought to what you need versus what you want, and open your mind, lady! Also, consider the things in life that change over time. Character typically doesn't. Clothing choices? For sure.
"
I knew everyone telling me being bald didn't matter was blowing smoke up my ass!! Women dismiss the baldies! **** this, I'm buying a toupee.Transformation Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170068283&page=1

Maybe I am not normal... but I love the baldies. I dated an older baldy in college (Errrr.... I use the term 'dated' loosely). I've always a thing for a good bald head. Not so much a fan of someone that is baldING though. Either you have hair or you don't. Shave that **** off.
WHY would you delete all your pictures Wyo? I do like the bum pic, I certainly appreciate that.
thebigzakbowski, Don't be a weenie. I am enjoying your partial face pic very much. I dunno who is telling you to cover your face, but I suggest you get beefy at them.Squats and Maple syrup son. Squats and Maple syrup.

Proceeded to the Preacher curl machine and there was a towel but no one in sight. Waited for like 1 min or so and then a guy appears.
Me= "you on this"
Guy="Yeah"
Me= "you mind if i work in"
Guy="i got 3 more sets and theres 2 of us" ( in a mean tone )
(meanwhile his wife or whatever hasn't touched the machine once and obviously the towel was there just to hold his spot for mins at a time)
Me= "Alright whatever"
Guy="You know never mind you can have it"
Me= "Im good man" (Then walked off).
How easy is it for someone to work in with you if your just going to take long enough breaks for them to be done with before you even get back? Thats why i hit a PR today with BB curl because i was mad. Jokes on him

when you love someone very much
and you lose them
the tears are just a way for some of that love to flow out of you again
deep mourning comes from loving someone deeply
and though it doesnt feel like it at the time...this is exactly how you are supposed to be feeling

Just two nights ago, I received an email from a friend of mine who is participating in the "Ride to Conquer Cancer". I love that word, "conquer"! It's a 200 km bike ride from Toronto to Niagara Falls and back again.
You bet I'll be sponsoring him!No drama: You know where we are.

<3 lbmom...
i like the word 'conquer' too...
i think that when things happen like this, we can learn that life is too short to not make the most of it.
we think we have 100 years...90 years...80 years...but we might not.
i like your feet avi -- made me smile.

When someone hits on you just to get someone else's attention or to make them jealous. Not only is it disappointing but it makes you feel so used. But whatever, later that night I met another girl who was almost as hot but was much nicer but it still chaps my hyde a bit.
Sept of Baelor was an inside job. Wildfire can't melt stone masonry.
