Jimmies are rustled over the 49ers losing the Super Bowl. I seriously wanted to cry yesterday.

Had someone take jabs at me for measuring out my food after my workout. Gave him a big ole smile and said "Yeah. It's 'cause I have this hobby. Called achieving what I set out to do." Put him in his place, but jimmies were still rustled. >.<;;

I've had comments like that too. "dude, you're insane!"

Thank you so much, unfortunately this week is turning absolutely nightmare, my best friend, who had a baby last month, just had a stroke. Seriously when it rains it pours.

She was 12, which is old for a large dog, and she had got this respiratory infection that wouldn't go away even with antibiotics. She wasn't eating much and what she ate she puked it all up. Saturday she looked like she was in a lot of distress, so we go back to the animal hospital. They do X-rays and the vet says her lungs are full of fluid, oh and by the way didn't you know most of her spine is fused, she is in a lot of pain. Oh and she has a mass in her abdomen, probably cancer. So you want a few minutes to think what to do?

Both animals we have lost over the years went about the same way...take them in for 1 thing, get told about 2-3 other things and then asked if we want to make a decision now, or later in the day

I have had pets put to sleep by the vet and pets who died of natural causes, and call me a sucker and a sissy, but there's nothing worse than watching an animal suffer. It's not right. Better for them to go peacefully.

Thanks...it's just sad. That place allowed me an opportunity that alot of mommies don't get to have. On the other hand, the momma I talked with yesterday encouraged me to look into "The Farm" and Ina May...one of our very own here in TN who is a midwifery genius...she is seriously like the Steve Jobs of having babies, LOL. Glad to find out they do "well woman" care too! Bittersweet

Have you read "Ina May's Guide to Childbirth"? That was by far my favourite birth book. I would go to the farm in a heart beat (jelly you live that close).

A lot of people assume that just because you're not in a relationship w/anyone you don't have any interaction w/the opposite sex (or same sex depending on orientation). Or if you do, they think that all you're doing or care about is having sex and it's just physical. It seems like in your case it was just someone that's a little mad and bitter at someone else's positivity.
