When I finally get the chance to go to the gym and it is so crowded that I spend most of my time doing mat work. The machines have line ups and the only squat rack is being used by someone who is doing a circuit of squats x 10 and then 8 min mat work IN the squat rack. I saw her do at least 4 'circuits'. I had my kids in the childcare and only get an hour. I never even made it on the leg press.
Leg day where I can still run up and down the stairs after? Epic fail.
My jillies are also rustled because my adductor muscles are so weak and I have been ignoring them all this time. I really suck at this stuff and it is starting to frustrate me.

If you're not here to do work. Go home.
Ponytails mean business (unless you have shorter hair). If your hair is not in a ponytail, you don't belong in a gym.
And for some reason these girls always raise a red flag to me... I don't trust them. Haha

Rustled because the app had been messing up so bad I had to reset umpteen times and I needed yalls knowledge but couldnt get on.
Also Paleo purist have been the most recent issue. Daggum purists!
Also aggravated do have had DOMS after every workout for a whole year. When does that chit go away? I was anemic but taking pills now so perhaps that will help. My intensity has not been great the last 2 mos as in I haven't been kiling myself till I cant move every workout. I'm rustling my own jimmies in that regard.I have no idea what I'm doing, I just fkking do it.
If it's hard that just means you need to do it more until it isn't.

This. And it's my hair, I'll wear it however I dern well please. TYVM People thinking the way I wear my hair determines my dedication kinda jimmies my rustles. And ponytails tend to give me a headache after a while...if I wear them loose enough that they don't hurt, they're falling down and then I have to keep fixing it. BRB just shaving my dam head.

WOT?! Me? Judge? *evil grin* Actually, in our little podunk town I'm more concerned about the super under-maintained wardrobe some of our members show up in...I get nervous thinking a few of these girls are going to have their britches come off because they are just that ratty looking. But they're trying otherwise, so I leave them alone, lol. Fake eyelashes are just a safety hazard!! Kinda like chewing gum and benching at the same time.
