I am sort of training/food consulting this beauty pageant chick on line
and I've done all I can to help her out with her horrible diet and just when I think she understands that eating at MCD and TB every day isn't going to help
her getting that modeling job, she goes and like BK and KFC on FB then proceed to post pictures of her gulping down an extra large milkshake and large fries from MCD
the girls is 24 she's never cooked a meal for herself until i started giving her advice, she just started going shopping for food and actually cooked something.. but

her mom told her veggies are too expensive so she won't buy them, only "cooks" burgers, hot dogs and frozen stuff which doesn't help

It's genetic so it never goes away. It does get better with age, by 10-12 years of age the obvious symptoms (vomiting, high fever, blood acidosis) are basically gone. But I always wondered what caused it, and if it may still influence the metabolism as adult. I don't know of any doctor who knows much about it, so I can't ask, and the literature on it seems very scarce.

I read about it .. maybe that explains why we Italians can eat a ****load of carbs and never gain fat from it lol
I remember eating pasta or rice 3 times a day on top of bread and other carbs of course ...and I still do to some extent
