I dropped my shaker with protein and oats in it a while back at home and it went everywhere! Up the walls all over my clothes and covered the floor. Stood there for a min just trying to get round what the hell had just happened!

Yeah, my co-workers came running to see what the commotion was all about...at least they got a good laugh!

I am currently using a banana flavored protein powder and it smells so good... so once my program manager walked in after I had dropped it all over my desk and went "oh yum, what's this smell?" At least the chocolate protein powder is dark, me it looked like I had been snorting rails of coke off my desk.

This is so funny!! I drink alot of water...so combo of having a cold (nose sniffling) and frequent trips to the bathroom = not a good impression to co-workers LOL!!

I feel ya on that one, sister. About a month before my last comp I was soooo bloated. Asked a girlfriend at the gym, "How bad is it?" She replied, "Oh you look about 5 months along now." Bwahahahaha!! Gotta love the honesty.

In reality I need them to stay upright and breathing! Fish oil, Glucosamine/MSM, Niacin, Multi, Saw Palmetto....asprin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, aleve are all sitting in a drawer for really bad days.

It was not for me. If it was just a tingle I think that I would have been okay with it. It felt like pins and needles on the inside of my arms and legs. Felt like I was slowly going to burn up. It ended with a terrible migraine that lasted a few days.

Kind of one of those situations where you start your drinking career with a plastic jug handle of McCormick's vodka. And now the smell of vodka makes my stomach turn instantly.

my grandma did that for me once when i woke up with a sore back a few yrs ago. not nearly as extreme as that tho. doesnt hurt at all. She did it on 3 different spots and tbh it works like a charm


As for what rustles my jimmies today; We all know the saying you want what you cant have, but its like in excess for me. I always do that with women. I often go back and forth in my head whether i actually want them as a gf. I end up letting them get away and then have thoughts like "damn she was amazing. She was this and that, wtf was i thinking"?
