    Lifting Question while on Intermittent Fasting

    Hi all, I just started up my first week of intermittent fasting yesterday. It's going great so far but I have a quick question about lift days. In my previous diets I lifted about 4 days but alot of my buds who are doing IF are only lifting 3 days a week. I was wondering if it made any difference in the one day difference?

    If I were to stick to my normal 4 days routine, it would look like this:
    Monday: Legs
    Tuesday: Chest and Triceps & Morning Cardio
    Wednesday: Rest
    Thursday: Biceps and Back & Morning Cardio
    Friday: Shoulders
    Saturday: Morning Cardio.
    Sunday: Rest

    If I were to change to the 3 day routine, it would look like this:
    Monday: Legs & Shoulders
    Tuesday: Cardio
    Wednesday: Chest and Triceps
    Thursday: Cardio
    Friday: Back and Biceps
    Saturday: Cardio

    Feel free to add in what you guys would prefer doing or are actually doing as far as a lift split goes as well. Thanks for your time.
