Dumbbell Military press: 85 lbs 3 sets 8-12 reps
Handstand (against wall if needed): 5-7 minutes
Thats all i do for shoulders. All pics were taken without a pump.
relaxed
flexed
From the back
edit: I also do handstand pushups every once in a while. Try it for yourself, its not easy at all.
edit 2: When I do the handstand I'm not fully locked out, elbows are bent. After about a minute your shoulders should feel like they're on fire

and my avi........To the ego, the present moment hardly exists. Only past and future are considered important. This total reversal of the truth accounts for the fact that in the ego mode the mind is so dysfunctional. It is always concerned with keeping the past alive, because without it - who are you?
