Lee you're a legend mate - calling it as you see it!

My few questions:

You said you train biceps 20 sets and have them on their own day - same with triceps, and train one bodypart per day.

So something along the lines of chest, back, Legs, Tris, Bis, Shoulders?
Would you do calves on more than one day a week?
What day for traps?
Best exercise for bicep peak development? (overhead single-arm cable curls?)

Yes arms on their own day....yes do calves everyday till i do them one day and dont feel them then i take that day off..bicep peak genetic if you aint got you wwill not have...
