And news flash taking alit of drugs you will not build a body like mine also it comes down to genetics mind rest eating etc. so yes if you train hard eat right etc etc using test boosters you can build a good body but most people want it to quick and don't want to put in the years of hard training and always want to use drugs as an excuse as to why someone is better then them

Hey Lee, really appreciate you answering all the questions in this thread, love to learn from the greatest. I was just wondering though, What is your favorite pre-bed meal? I keep playing a round with things that fit my macros, but I'm still trying to find something that can sustain me throughout the night so I don't wake up starving.
