What's your opinion on how early to start weight training?
Lots of stories are floating about on how heavy training too early can affect bone growth in young athletes. I work with a lot of teenagers and their parents who ask about this.

I've been told that "that Lee Priest guy" started training too early and it restricted his height.
I figured that since you're being cool about answering questions here, I would ask "that Lee Priest guy" himself.

God really are people this stupid. Training at a young age can only help young kids grow. Sure if you train with bad form you could damage yourself but no it will not stunt growth just like jacking off you will not go blind. And for the record I am tallest in my family

Look man, I have the utmost respect for anybody who can do damage in the pro ranks, but you know as well as I do that some ****ty legal test booster is not how you built your physique, nor will anybody else who aspires to be like you.

Great to have you here, but if you're going to push sales in an area where guys are (for the most part...bb.comers can be pretty ****ing dumb) knowledgeable, you're going to get alot of hate.

And news flash taking alit of drugs you will not build a body like mine also it comes down to genetics mind rest eating etc. so yes if you train hard eat right etc etc using test boosters you can build a good body but most people want it to quick and don't want to put in the years of hard training and always want to use drugs as an excuse as to why someone is better then them
