BF Estimate / What bodytype am I?

What would you guys estimate my BF to be? I just started lifting weights 5 weeks ago.

Also, my body-type ~ I assume i'm either a mesomorph 100% or meso/endo 50/50%? - When I first started lifting/having proper nutrition with macros/micros 5 weeks ago I thought I was 100% endomorph, but now that Ive lost weight I don't think so? What do you think?

    Week0.jpg (55.9 KB) = Week 0 begin - BF estimate?

    vqqLk.jpg (81.1 KB) = Week 5 progress - BF estimate?

FYI: My WEIGHT is 70KG (154LBS) in BOTH Week 0 and Week 5....170cm.

    Thanks.

i think you should quit worrying about what kind of body type you are and just lift, and get some bigger boxers

Im not really worrying about it - just wondering because i wanna know more about my body. Mainly because 99% of natural bodybuilding information I find online is all for mainly ECTOMORPHS where they're having to eat bowls of oil and peanut butter to get their 40million calories per day in to even begin gaining weight....where as I gain fat easily if I eat ****/don't work out so I just want to know where exactly I fit...all I know so far is I am defiantly not an ectomorph.

Also as I said in my Week 0 picture I was 70kg....in my week 5 progress picture I am still 70kg exactly (same scales @ gym) Im looking to get some advice on the progress there because I want to know if my nutrition is down 100% now. During those 5 weeks I ate 2,400 calories on lifting days, and 2,000 calories on rest days. (4 lift days / 3 rest days)

I'm asking this because I am wondering if I should increase my calories slightly to say 2,500 lift / 2,100 rest.

    Thanks in advance

I can't estimate your BF because I'm not good at it. I just wanna say that you are going to look great if you keep up the lifting. You already had a noticeable improvement!

Be consistent and push yourself to your limits. I hope to see you in the transformation threads pretty soon!

    Good luck!

I do not buy into ****totypes. I know of big boned, wide waisted, individuals that lose weight easily and gain weight just as easily, although couldn't gain muscle easy at all. and seemingly ecto-morph body types that couldn't lose weight and stored fat easily.

I say some people have fast metabolism and can gain muscle easy.
Some can gain muscle and fat easily.
Some wide people can't gain fat at all and cannot gain muscle.
    This is just my take.

Lift hard, eat well and be consistent.

So I am just going to say 14% body fat. Great work.

Actually if you really wanna buy into ****totypes (don't, haha) I would say ecto-endo....got kind of skinny-fat thing going on honestly. BUT, awesome progress! If you hadn't asked about body types I would have just said that, so don't let the ****totype comment bug you, you're doing great. As far as being the same weight, that will happen with lifting. You wanna put on some more muscle you up your intake. No one's nutrition is 100% but if it's giving you what you want, stick with it :+)
Kinda hard to guess BF..14-17% maybe. Definitely good progress though brother keep it up.
    I'm back?
