I see this all too often at my gym. People would prefer to workout their biceps more than anything EVERY SINGLE DAY! And not touch their triceps or Legs once. Only time they workout legs is when they walk to pick up the weight.

I personally hate training arms. I hate the pain associated with curls. I dunno maybe I'm just weird, but Ill do any other exercise with biceps as an assistor muscle before ill grab a barbell/db for curling.

Strength: >85% 1RM <6reps 2-6sets
Power
- Single effort: 80-90% 1RM, 1-2reps 3-5sets
- Multi effort: 75-85% 1RM, 3-5reps 3-5sets
Hypertrophy: 67-85% 1RM, 6-12reps 3-6sets
Endurance: <67% 1RM, >12 reps 2-3sets
