    Yes because creatine works by building up in your system, and you need to hit your protein because your muscles are still rebuilding from your last workout

    You also need to lurk more rather than giving out advice. He may be obtaining adequate protein just fine through whole food sources.

    yes. think about it, if your eating eggs on your day off, your still getting protein. A shake is just a supplement to help you hit your macros each day. If you are eating enough protein and don't need a shake, then don't take the shake. I like to stay consistent with creatine and normally take 5grams on days off.
