Overall the risks of eating a medium or lower steak definitely outweigh any benefits there are (there are none lol)

You might be able to get away with medium well, but I wouldn't risk it.

Idk why you guys insist on eating it undercooked, it just isn't the natural human way. Looks like the black brahs had it right all along.

Undercooked is the natural way. We have just changed from hunting and eating a FRESH kill to processing, and aging meats. This allows time for bacteria to grow.
