Overall the risks of eating a medium or lower steak definitely outweigh any benefits there are (there are none lol)
You might be able to get away with medium well, but I wouldn't risk it.
Idk why you guys insist on eating it undercooked, it just isn't the natural human way. Looks like the black brahs had it right all along.
