Hi first post on body building forum very new to this.
I have been working out on and off for around 3 years I recently started going full steam again, been back in the gym 3 months now ( 5- 6 days a week, very clean diet, each session around hour and a half, 20 mins cardio the rest isolated muscle groups)
One of my main things I am trying to gain and never had is very defined arms.
I have natural big arms like a bulk look but never been defined.
If anyone can shed some light on workout routines ect. that have helped them get the defined GUNS every man wants would be very much appreciated
Thanks People...

If you're happy with your size and just to rip them up, 1: lower body fat, 2: try super sets for the arms. Ex: Trying doing 8 reps of preacher EZ bar curls immediately after do seated dumbbell hammer curls. Just make sure you focus on the 'static' movement to really get all the muscle fibers working. Best of luck to you man.

keep in mind that when you cut body fat your arms will lose some size. on my last cut I went from about 18.5" to 17.5" in about 8 weeks. granted I look more lean but it was a bummer to lose that much size on my arms. i almost prefer not having a 6-pack (which nobody ever really sees anyway) and having 18.5" arms which everybody notices.
