hey guys wondering if you could help, I've been working out for around 6 months now currently Im doing SS workout, but I have notice 2 things 1. my lats are uneven the right one is bigger. 2. that my left forearm is also bigger.
So my question is, what are the best ways to try and even them out im aware that they will never be identical but should I work out the other side more or with heavier weight on one side.

First, most imbalances are not noticeable to others. We tend to over-analyze ourselves.
Second, using unilateral work (DB's etc.) can help. Since you're on SS, it may be difficult to introduce variety without changing up the program.Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
