Just eat to make up for the calories burned, cardio is important on a bulk.

I do cardio 3 days a week.. most of these ****s are gonna die of heart failure at age 40, but not me.

I'd recommend at least a few sprints per week. Or some good bag training.

Or you could style you workouts to have many super-sets or complete circuit training - will work much in the same way as cardio, although it'll be more difficult to gain strength with minimal rest in between sets.

Do cardio if you like. Just eat more to compensate. More cardio should increased your appetite anyway.

Burning calories is not the only function of "cardio". Hence why it is called "cardio", short for . . .

Cardiovascular & Pulmonary exercise. Cardio for short; exercise for the heart and lungs.
