Sometimes having minions on your shins might not be a bad idea if they keep you from getting bloody. Occasionally I'll throw on a bandaid or two even if I'm not cut or scabbed just b/c I know it's going to happen eventually. haha Gotta be careful with the deads though b/c sometimes those bars are NASTY. I ended up getting a staph infection from a scrape last semester so now I try to remember to wipe em down before I use it, just in case.

Weight 167.8
Went to the gym last night for my deadlift and back session to find the squat rack full of not one...but FIVE people. I was urked because i had deadlifts, front squats, rows and pull ups. Drove 10 minutes to the other gym and couldnt even get a parking spot. Super pissed since the preworkout already went down the hatch but oh well, i guess that was a sign to take a rest day.
Weight dropped like a hot potato, but i also skipped two meals last night. I asked my mom to come over last night to help me move my old stove out of the house and we ended up cleaning the house for 3 hours...
The downtown gym will be dead today since it is friday and everyone goes out drinking so i will have the gym to myself!

That sucks man! I never let others dictate my workout. If someone is using the squat rack, I'll just load up my deadlifts on the floor. Pain in the ass to take plates on and off but you gotta do it. If someone is squatting and I need to squat. Guess what? You are letting me work in with you
I do recall a few occasions where I've taken my pre-workout, drove to the gym, and it was closed for some BS federal holiday. Nothing angers me more. Not because I can't lift, but because I'm pumped full of pre-workout without an outlet for the energy!

FINALLY got to hit back today, it felt like an eternity the workout went far beyond my expectations and I nailed a new PR on deadlift. 265 is the highest I have ever done and I believe I only hit 3 last time. The BB row irked my lower back so I just stuck with 135. The pull ups sucked...again. All in all a very successful workout.
Deadlifts: 135x10, 235x3, 250x3, 265x8 (PR)
Front squats: 125x10, 135x10, 145x8, 135x9
Pull ups: 10, 9, 7, 6
BB rows: 135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 135x12

So I'm working with my friend on the squat rack and this dude comes up and wants to join. Of course we let him in and he says, how many did you do? I said 5, he replies okay I'm gonna get 6. So he goes on and gets his six. After his set we chatted with the guy for a bit and he had the most motivation I have ever seen. He pushed the f*ck out of both of us. Always good to encounter people like that, that want to push you and see you bust your ass. When I hit 295x1 I racked it and he comes flying behind me and says "get your ass back under that squat rack, you had plenty more in there" got 4 with a little help on the last one.
On the last set of deads I liteterally almost passed out. Got to the top of the rep and just seen black. Can't. Stop. Won't. Stop.
The workout was one of the most intense workouts I've ever done and didn't even get to hit hamstrings. After leg extension I thought I was going to pass/throw up.
Hit all kinds of PR's.
Squat: 225x1, 255x1, 295x1(PR), 295x3(PR)
Sumo: 225x17, 275x10 (PR), 275x10(PR), 275x10(PR)
Leg extension: 165x20, 225x10, 240x10, 255x10(PR)
Leg curls: 120x15
