Really wanted to take the day off last night but my girlfriend was out of the gym for 3 days and wanted to hit it...can't turn down a girl that wants to get swole!! Planned on doing PHAT hypertrophy chest and arms but didn't make it to tris. I think I actually fell asleep on a machine
On a nutrition note I have decided to do a mini cut to 160 and then start up my bulk again. Macros are 300c/230p/85f
Winter weather is in town so clients and gym are being post poned for the evening!

Good workout and nice presents
What is the reason for doing a mini cut so soon into offseason?

Tough to tell from the side angle on Incline but it looks pretty good. I'd say you may have a little more depth in ya but that might just be the angle.

Hope everyone is having an awesome Sunday! All my clients got tanked at the bar last night so they decided to cancel on me which makes me furious! They come in and workout to the point of getting sick then blow it all for the night life. Then they come to me and ask why the results aren't coming...NUTRITION IS KEY! It's possible to have a good time without booze and nasty food.
Okay now that my rant is over... Hit upper body power today and even got a PR on row and DB bench. I even did 15 minutes of incline walking!
After this workout I think I can enjoy some Japanese food with the lady
Underhand BB row: 185x5, 195x5, 205x3
Weighted pull ups: 10x8, 10x6

Keep smashing it guys!

Not really much to post on, haven't been feeling up to par lately. Working all day is really starting to take its toll on me. I think it's time to make a decision on which job needs to go. I have to much going on right now to juggle two jobs which is a bummer, but I'm going nuts.

Well exactly 5 pounds have been gained since my last set of progress pictures. Since then i have ditched all the help from my co-worker, and started doing my own thing. I feel i have made a solid progression on my own and i am starting to get a few compliments on my size gain. I have a few people on a diet at the moment and i am hoping to let it take off into my own business. Big things happening one step at a time. Hit back and shoulders yesterday, the work out will be up shortly. Hypertrophy legs today. For now i will leave you with these! I didn't really want to post these but i am going to be starting my cut shortly and need some motivation, and feedback from you guys. What do you guys think, time for a cut? Bulk another few weeks?

You definitely put on some size since your show - great job! It's always hard posting pics during the offseason when we are all holding a little more chub than we care to. For that reason I haven't taken any pics since my show (almost 90 days now). I will bite the bullet here soon though and do the deed and I'll post them up right there with ya!
