Weight 140.2 / -14.8 new prep low
Hit a new prep low, they are actually starting to bother me haha to tiny! Knocked out legs this morning and actually pushed more weight then I have in awhile! Pretty impressed with this workout. Feeling good these last couple days, the only thing I can think of that has changed was adding purple wraath in the mix. Even pushed my refeed to Monday! Staying positive and beyond ready to get the show done so I can really push myself to grow!

Damn Martha Stewart, come to my house! I honestly would love for you to create a thread with all your recipes along with pics and macro information. I think people on here would love and rep you for them. I will also share with my wife as she loves to cook and bake. Me, not so much, but I love to eat

FINALLY REFEED DAY! I was beyond ready for my food this morning. Woke up to a cup of overnight PB&J oats (made them the night before and stored in the fridge) and an 8 eggwhite omelette. Its funny how i get excited over the blandest foods right now
Diet Update Tuesday-Thursday all the carbs disappear except 1.5 cups of broccoli for all meals. Not going to be the best time but time to start depleted the glycogen so friday i can fill out nice and full.
Went to the the gym for a bit this morning and killed abs. My whole body has been sore for the last two days so i did about 30 minutes of foam rolling/stretching as well which felt amazing.

Personal update Trained my very first client yesterday and it went awesome. What we do is we offer 1 free hour with a trainer, that is where i do all measurements, talk about there goals, nutrition, and what i can do to help. After i do that i take them through a mini workout basically to assess where they stand, as well as show them what i can do to help them reach there goals. Well the kid i was training has asked me a few question when i see him at the gym so i decided just to offer him a free session (didnt think he would sign up). After the session we talked with the sales team and he bought 12 sessions from me! First client i had, i flipped. Cant wait to get started with him and many more to come!
About the recipe book: Let me have some input (things you want to see) as this is something i have been putting alot of thought into. Do we want just a thread? A PDF?

Congrats on landing a client! 12 sessions is no joke either, great work!
I think if you made a thread in the Contest Prep section and put 1 recipe per post with list of all ingredients, mixing/cooking instructions as well as a pic of the final product. I wouldn't be surprised if after some time something like this becomes sticky material. Assuming it's all contest prep friendly stuff of course

Honestly I bet you weren't even tempted, you've resisted worse when you were months out, with only a few days left, I'm sure it didn't even bother you. You've done such a great job on this prep, it's very inspirational.
