Weight 146.0 / -9
Man this sessions was killer! I dont know what changed but my chest never gets as sore as it did this morning. After incline and the weighted dips i could have called it quits...but of course i didnt. As for my diet... the low carbs are starting to get to me, even with two refeeds a week. Just have to keep pushing on because i know it will be worth it in the end!!

Weight 144.6 / -10.4 New prep low
Surprised to see this prep low, but very proud of myself. We have family dinner once every month where everyone in my family that can attend meets up and we feast. Well yesterday was the day... White chocolate cranberry cookies ( i have eaten 20 at one time before ) pumpkin muffins, chocolate pie, roast beef, pigs in a blanket, potato salad all kinds of food!!! I wanted to tear it up so bad, but me and my mom were eating our chicken and broccoli. Very nice to see a prep low after being so disciplined.
Today was HIIT, if was freezing cold and raining so i opted for incline treadmill sprints. Also did a little ab work and some upper chest. I may go back for some light cardio tonight when i hit the tanning bed!!

Thats probably the biggest problem with anyone not being able to stay strong. The people they are surrounded by dont care about what they eat, making it hard on you and i to eat healthy. Me and my mom both have gotten alot of my family to make a few healthier choices. My grandpa has lost about 20 pounds and my grandma about 5, its an addicting thing and there are ways to make good tasting food without the sh!t ingredients.

Weight 144.6 / - 10.4
Havent really been posting my workouts, i was logging all my workouts in my cellphone to keep track of them and now seeings how the iphone 5 is on back order till the end of october i shall wait. (yes im to lazy to bring a notepad and pen ). Strength is slowly starting to wither away but nothing drastic. Feeling tired as sh!t all the time and somehow still cant sleep through the night. Oh the joys of the final weeks.
Started tanning this week and i think i pushed my limits last night, my as$ burnt like lobster!!! Other then that things are going pretty well, started a posing class last week and will continue to do one hour a week with him and 2 hours a week when i hit the 2 week mark.
Just a quick update for you guys!

Lol, I just started tanning for my trip to Jamaica last Thursday and wasn't able to go back til today because I burnt so bad! Glad to see I'm not the only one who makes that mistake. The kicker is, I only went for 9 minutes and still got burnt. Oh well. Keep up the good work.

Weight 144.2 / - 10.8 New prep low
Weight is slowly shedding off, and i love it! Knocked out 10 sprints this morning, a little ab work, and a little bit of shoulders. On my HIIT days i have decided to go and hit a little weights as well, try to touch on some of my weak areas ( chest, and shoulders especially). Not going to over work them, just add in a couple sets to sculpt them.

Yes I'm quite pasty, being a big fat guy my shirt tends to stay on when I'm outside. Last time we went to Jamaica I got sun poisoning though, so I have to be sure to tan quite a bit before we go. This will be our third time to ocho rios but the last time was 7 years ago so we're really looking forward to it. Where did you stay in ocho rios?

Weight 145.2 / -9.8
Last night was my second day of posing and i am already starting to feel more comfortable. Going over and over the motions while having someone critique me is awesome. My roommate tagged along and took some videos so i can go back over them and see what i do and dont like.. After posing we checked my bodyfat percentage and im right at 5% which is far lower then what i expected, but i wont complain
Hit chest and abs this morning. Didnt record my workout but the weights are pretty much staying the same at this point.
22 DAYS!

Man, 5% already? Awesome! Are you coming up with your own poses that shows off your body the best or using the typical 1 or 2 hands on hip front and back poses and quarter turns? Men's physique doesn't seem to be as strict as bodybuilding posing so I was wondering what sort of leeway there is with posing style. Keep up the hard work man. You are doing great.

Thats what i said! We used the caliper to measure it. For posing it is pretty flexible, hitting a front, side, back and side. There are no stipulations on what you do or do not have to do. My posing coach has me just transitioning from pose to pose with some swag! haha. I will post a video this afternoon from yesterday.
Thanks man!

Cool. I'll check back to see the video. Swag is definitely good for men's physique class. I actually have watch videos of men fashion models because I think that's the kind of "swag" you need to succeed in this classification. You should one day do a bodybuilding recipe book. Going through your log and seeing the pictures of the stuff you have been eating the food looks great! Everyone picture I look at I wonder to myself "how did he make that?"
