He claims researches in china found a scientific breakthrough in bodybuilding, yet he has NO SOURCE to back up his claim, funny how people pay 97$ for something that is not even proven. Besides China is a developing country and is not at all big in bodybuilding, and if this was true why haven't you heard of this before? Also notice Mike Chang is from China and he claims this ' scientific breakthrough' was from China.
Trying to sell something and lying about the research is already a bad sign, I wonder how long this scam will last. lol

He claims that the combination of cardio and weightlifting at the same time, will produce bigger muscles and help you lose weight faster. He claims that was what we were made to do since evolutionary times.
He also speaks of this 'after burn' effect.
Yeah, I saw most of his BS video that he posted promoting his rubbish.

From watching his Youtube videos he seems to emphasize a lot about finding a proper workout, which is what he means when he says "shortcut". Obviously there are no actual shortcuts, but there is a shorter way to achieve results, and that's with proper workout routine and diet, which is what he sells. His ads say stuff like "scientists in China have.... blah blah" but that's just marketing. When people get drawn in by it and start his program, they start learning about the importance of a proper routine and diet that can get them results in a year as opposed to 5 years of doing what they think is right and getting nowhere- and from their perspective, that is a shortcut.

PPL arent going to buy into something like ''Get ripped in 1.5 years'' people want to hear what they want to hear, in this case fast results. Too many fat ppl desperate to get fit in the least possible time.. Its not just SPS theres ab vibrators, there all scams but they make money so fair play to them
