Been cutting since March, have dropped over 30 pounds but stomach feels and looks the same as it was 4 months ago.
How do I get outta this stomach fat stage.
I am eating much more healthier and have calculated the appropriate macros for my daily activity.
I AM LIFTING - 6 days a week - pretty intense also, sweating like a mothafuka when I'm done.
But I am, what I see in the mirror, as ROUND. When I sit in a chair, my stomach rolls to the sides.
ANY help would be appreciated.
Most of my fat is belly fat and it's pissing me off because I haven't seen the slightest of change. Still round 30+ pounds lighter.
I also do my HIIT for 15-20 minutes DAILY. I do it at night maybe 9 or 10pm and I have nothing else to eat after.

Diet is most of it. Drop the calories by 250 and try it for a month and a half.If that doesn't work drop it by another 250. Decrease rest time between sets.

Just like one of the other guys said, drop the calories 200-300 and see where that takes you, Your belly fat could also be what they call stubbron fat and stubborn fats the last fat to come offf your body, Its hard to get rid of from my experience, To target stubborn fat try the supp Yohimbine HCL, But get your diet in check first. High protein, low carbs

I hate soda's, never liked them. Always have been drinking 1-2 gallons of water daily.
Also, I haven't had fast food in months.
I guess I just have to cut my carbs down even lower. I have about 100-110 carbs a day 175-190 protein everyday and anywhere from 40-60 fats a day.
Not eating ****ty, trust me.
Eggs/Wheat Toast/Brown Rice/Ground Beef/Chicken/Tilapia. I'm eating healthy and have been for months now.
