    Cant seem to lose belly fat the fck am I doing wrong?

    Been cutting since March, have dropped over 30 pounds but stomach feels and looks the same as it was 4 months ago.

    How do I get outta this stomach fat stage.

    I am eating much more healthier and have calculated the appropriate macros for my daily activity.

    I AM LIFTING - 6 days a week - pretty intense also, sweating like a mothafuka when I'm done.

    But I am, what I see in the mirror, as ROUND. When I sit in a chair, my stomach rolls to the sides.

    ANY help would be appreciated.

    Most of my fat is belly fat and it's pissing me off because I haven't seen the slightest of change. Still round 30+ pounds lighter.

    I also do my HIIT for 15-20 minutes DAILY. I do it at night maybe 9 or 10pm and I have nothing else to eat after.

    I feel as if whenever I eat a meal (that fits my macro's) the food is sitting in my stomach. Literally, just sitting there, I just feel fatter when I eat a meal.

    Diet is most of it. Drop the calories by 250 and try it for a month and a half.If that doesn't work drop it by another 250. Decrease rest time between sets.

    Lol ik what you mean, im skinny as **** but i feel like everything just sits there in my stomach. Maybe try changing your ratio? Eat a little bit more protein reduce the carbs? Or maybe even add a little bit more fat and cut more carbs out

    Just like one of the other guys said, drop the calories 200-300 and see where that takes you, Your belly fat could also be what they call stubbron fat and stubborn fats the last fat to come offf your body, Its hard to get rid of from my experience, To target stubborn fat try the supp Yohimbine HCL, But get your diet in check first. High protein, low carbs

    I hate soda's, never liked them. Always have been drinking 1-2 gallons of water daily.

    Also, I haven't had fast food in months.

    I guess I just have to cut my carbs down even lower. I have about 100-110 carbs a day 175-190 protein everyday and anywhere from 40-60 fats a day.

    Not eating ****ty, trust me.

    Eggs/Wheat Toast/Brown Rice/Ground Beef/Chicken/Tilapia. I'm eating healthy and have been for months now.

    Hell yeah I'm doing cardio. I do HIIT for 15-20 minutes usually at 9pm or 10pm at night, I dont eat anything till the next morning.

    if u have 60 lbs of fat on you and lose 30 ur still gonna look round but not as much.........ive just recently stopped feeling fat at 10% and still feel a wee bit fat when bloated but yeah at 8% its impossible to look fat so until u get there u can still view urself as fat

    Keep in mind this that happen over night, look hard at your diet and make the proper adjustments, the suggestions above are mostly good ones. try fasting as well. Search it out on the forums. Good luck bro.

    It takes time. If you rush it you will lose muscle guaranteed. Just stick to 200-500 calories below maitnence.
