ive been lifting for about 3 years and i'd say im somewhere around 18-19% body fat. im trying to pack on as much lean muscle mass and burn fat as i possibly can so if you guys know of any workout routine that would help me get to the next level. im doin the power muscle burn 4 day split by steve shaw right now.
