    Bad reaction/side effect to creatine?

Hey guys I just started cycling creatine. Im not doing the loading phase, just getting 3-5g a day. Well this morning I woke up feeling hung-over but did not have anything to drink last night. It was the opposite of dehydration though. My blood pressure was low, I had a headach, I was light sensitive and I was craving the **** out of salt. Did I over saturate with water? I know your suppose to up the intake of water while taking creatine so I drank about 100oz of water which normally Id never come close to... Any ideas? Could it have been something else? Im gonna try three grams again today and drink 50% wate and maybe 50% sports drink.
    Bench Press: 205x5[x] 210x5[x] 215x5[x] 220x5[x] 225 x 5[x] 230x5 []

^^Scratched the 5x5 program. Lifting BP 255 x 10, do not know max as I could care less.

no. if you drink too much water and you have low Na+ concentration it gets reabsorbed in the collecting duct in the nephrons of your kidney and you piss it out.

Yes, most likely it was water intoxication. The cells swell and the electrolytes are not replenished. The symptom being nausea and dizziness.
