    Talking Explosive Excersises

Can you super set explosive Excersises or is that not ideal for gaining explosiveness?

How long should you rest in between explosive Excersises?

And by explosive Excersises I mean box jumps med Ball throws sprints long jumps stuff like that

You can. People focused on cardiovascular conditioning, rather than lifting, do this kind of training approximately 3-4 days/week. It depends on the individual's power output and level of fitness tied together, that would determine when short recovery intervals are needed. When going all-out, your body will naturally stop generating power and speed pretty fast...and you'll generally need more rest to recover from that "onslaught." So, if you're able to consecutively perform explosive movements without the need to catch your breath in between or without fast- twitch muscle failure, than you may not be producing full-out power. Which is fine for general conditioning...unless you are an elite Crossfit athlete with crazy horsepower!
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.
