    All Pros making me shrink

    Hi

    I recently went from a 5 day split to the all pros beginner routine. However, I feel like my arms have shrunk and my whole body looks smaller. Should i continue with this routine?

    Sorry bro but this is all in your head. Switching from one routine to another isn't going to make you shrink. So long as you're eating in a caloric surplus and progressing with the reps and weights dictated in AP's routine you'll grow.

    Yeah I was thinking it was maybe in my head too, i hope we're both right. I think ill stick with the program to see how it goes. Thanks for the help!
