Gym is chit, weights are ****gy. Dumbbells only go up to 22kg and on machines they go up to 120kg and 220kg on leg press. Maxing out on everything so gonna change gyms when my wrist is 100%

anyway i haven't lifted for the past month and a half because of my shoulder and so i don't really give a fuk
i'm going to keep going for physical therapy for the next month and then i'll be able to lift normally again
apparently, my shoulder subluxation was largely due to several posture issues. my PT says that once i get those posture issues sorted out, i'll be back to lifting in no time

for all indians, it's not bad genetics but simply a bad diet. the macros for most indians are around 85% carbs, 10% fat, and 5% protein srs
not even someone with 10/10 genetics is gonna make any progress with that kind of diet
most indians who actually fix their diet and start lifting regularly do make great progress
i can name plenty of aesthetic indians on these forums

What kind of posture issues do you have? Saw physios about both of my shoulders and theyve said surgery on both mainly because of my work.

apparently my neck and chest muscles are tight as fuk and my pecs greatly overpower my back, causing me to hunch forward a bit
also, the PT said that because of my bad posture, my humerus bone is positioned more to the front of the shoulder joint than it should be, which made it easier to subluxe
my shoulder's perfectly fine now since it recovered very well so i don't need surgery or anything

good luck brah, hope you get your shoulder fixed soon
i personally can't wait to get back in the gym

Hey man! I have been really good actually everything is starting to pan out, my business is starting to grow quickly and work never stops coming in for me! Been Spending a lot of time with my girlfriend which is great i couldnt ask for anyone better in my life, just the other day we went sky diving together (something everyone should do once), training hasnt been to good with all of this work that is coming in but im starting to work around it!

She isn't. Bout 350% sure she's here for attention, WK'ing and because she thinks this is an SRT. Legit female posters are fine...she just happens not to be one.



I gotta admit that I did have a lurk in the 'new' misc and saw comments about the 300 Spartan Crew and how people think our thread is like one of the infamous invite only SRTs.
Funny how we get lots of random new people come in right after that $hit gets posted on the 'new' misc lol...coincidence much?







So @ lurkers (both on newmisc and here):



1) We are open to any legit posters (this is an open forum for everyone after all), none of that "invite only, super-secret, must be approved by our select internetsrsbusiness board of governers" $hit which is one of the key signs to spotting SRTs. Only rules are no reds or trolls, and to show you are a member with the [300 Spartan Crew] tags....and that is extremely lax compared to other 'crew rules' on the misc.

2) The whole thread started as a place for recent join dates and measley reppers to talk about lifting, motivate each other, share lulz, share HNNNGG and chat without getting negged hard. We still run rep trains on people who get negged unfairly (e.g. n00b asks a legit question in the nutrition section, gets made red by some high-rep self-righteous ****gatron...we green the n00b). Legit posters regardless of rep power are welcome here...but measley reppers will not be welcome in any of the other alleged 'SRT'/chat threads, even if they are legit/quality posters. The exclusivity is a key sign of an SRT.


3) Another great way of spotting an SRT is when all/most of the members have very high rep power. Most of the 300 Spartan Crew members have measley reps. Even if we all repped each other systematically, it wouldn't move our dicks by even a millimetre.


4) Some crew members get to know each other and will rep for funny/intredasting/motivating posts, or because they like the person. Doesn't make it an SRT. We did not get the majority of our reps from this thread. e.g. I've been mod-repped 10 times and repped by 100k+ people countless number of times. I made a free misc game and a misc meme (Loony pls) as well as helpful posts/threads and funny posts/chops. No big secret to my greenz.



5) We are drama free and chill as fukk. The kind of people that want to join a crew because of the reps (as opposed to joining for lulz+motivation) are the kind of people that love the e-drama, take the internet way too srsly and need to step away from the computer and just take a few deep breaths.

So anyone who thinks this is an SRT, gtfo. We welcome anyone except reds and trolls.
