Lmao at the pic. Na but I could have used some grass afterwards! Was climbing a 350m+ rock wall (no ropes, not because I'm 'badass' but because it looked safe enough) and the chimney I was going up looked like it had heaps of great handholds. Started to scale it and my foot slipped out of a hole, was literally hanging on for dear life.

Was probably only for a number of seconds but it felt like way longer..

The view at the top is fukkin great though, I've got some pics with my mate. Once he emails them to me I'll put them up for ya'll

It's one of those wall mounted near the ceiling and I see dark liquid leaking out from it down the wall.
I think I maybe breathing in air filled with bacteria, explains why I tend to get sick during the summer more than winter...

Could be filled inside with black mold... mine was; got rid of that ****.. solved the problem.. I would take my A/C out every year and put it in my basement. left over rainwater + a damp basement was the perfect breeding ground for black mold.

I have been using Neil Hills 9 week Y3T trainer. First go around was good, more size, better shape, slight increase in strength.
After the program I took 2 weeks and went back to my heavy balls out training.
Now I am running the program for a second time. The only tweek I add is running, I add about 6 miles/week and 4 additional 20 minute sessions on a fan bike. The begging of June I was at 215lb now I'm back up to 228lb

Hey Spartans! Haven't posted in a bit as I've been busy and just ripped through a CoD prestige in a week.

I am going on vacation for 10 days starting tomorrow morning, 40 hour bus ride from New Hamshire to Georgia, making short stops in New York and a few more cities. Will be in Atlanta august 30th-September 4th and then taking the bus back, lol. Just downloaded chrono trigger to my iPhone and have 2 books to read on the bus.

Will be at DragonCon for 4 days, Six Flags Over Georgia for 1 day, and will probably also hit up a few more places in Atlanta like the Zoo or CocaCola HQ.

Should be fun.

Woke up this morning and got some srs chest doms, oh lawd.
Made breakfast, turkishbread wrap, 2 cans of tuna, cheese, lettuce, onion and a glass of milk.

All up about 50g protons, 45g carbs or something.

Morning all, starting my cut from today...cardio in the morning or after lunch and then lifting heavy at night.
Gonna roughly count cals, but not hawk-eye over them. Taking EC stack during the day and Animal Pak for multi before sleep (taking it during the day makes me piss it all out due to EC stack).

Holy chit bro that sounds like a REALLY good time.. I can't imagine how epic the CocaCola HQ looks, I bet they have tons of nostalgia items in there like old glass bottles, pictures, vending machine, soda fountains, etc. I wish I could go with you . My schedule today:

Wake up at 6:30, shower and get ready for class
Arrive at Dining Center for breakfast, ate until 7:30
First class begins 8:00 AM and last class ends 1:00 PM
I ride my bike to work at walmart which is 3.5 miles away from the campus, took me half an hour to get there.
Clocked in at 2 PM and worked until 10 PM.. now I just got home at 10:40 PM
