LOL speaking of bulking I'm back on the dreamer train!
Keto cut went well IMO, lost 20lbs and by the end of the cut my lifts went UP. I made the decision to start bulking again because any more cutting and I would have become too light...which is ok if you want that super skinny look, but I want more mass before thinking about getting ripped.
Bulking at around 2800-3000 calories like I did when I started lifting...this time I'll have more protein though. Currently getting in 220g+ of protein...that should be enough right lol?

Last but not least i just did pretty rough cut so i decided i will eat more carbs into diet and burn them true cardio by this i will be able to eat what i want(not to over abuse it tho)instead to go on to extreme cutting and feeling weak and hungry whole the time and plus being obsessed with food and diet doesn't help either!

Back in the gym today. Did Shoulders and 5 sets for triceps. Back tomorrow. Didn't go to the gym for 12 days cause I had a massive fever. "Winters coming" here in Iceland
Squat: 615 lbs.
Deadlift: 675 lbs.
Bench: 370 lbs.
@ 225 lbs.
