Backround

This is a thread for new comers to Bodybuilding.com who can feel comfortable interacting with other new members.

Enjoy random topics, log your workouts, general chat without having to worry about anything. Our Crew has been through Wars & Battles with rival Clans, and still managed to stay a float. Since the Aftermath, we have developed a strong team, with great integrity. With a very Structured Crew, consisting of Ranks and organised Events, we have managed to recruit over 100 Spartan members within only a few weeks, Ranging from the Rank, Helot right up to Captains and Generals.



Rules

All New Members willing to join. You must PM (King) BlackHeart.au (General) Iabs or (Captain) Deltrap in order to be accepted.
Once accepted You are to have [300 Spartan Helot (T)] under Avi and [300 Spartan Crew][Helot Trial Member] Including date of enlistmant under your signature.


Terms & Conditions to become a Fellow Spartan Warrior

Prerequisites in order to be considered for trial.

* Apply [300 Spartan (Rank)] in the Avi & [300 Spartan Crew][Rank/Job Role(If appointed)] as Signature. [inc: Date of Enlistmant]

* Must not be in any rival clans/Crews. . (We need to grow as an Empire, and we can't afford to have traitors that weaken our resolve)

* Must Follow your job roles and defend your fellow Spartans against outsiders

* Spartan members represent our crew outside of this thread as well. We need to conduct ourselves in manners that will not harm the image of Sparta and other crew members. No trolling or flaming other threads.

Our focus is on growth, there is no time for war.

The 300 Spartan Crew has 7 different specific Ranks:

[300 Spartan Royal king] Has the Overall Command of his members, Leader of the Spartans, protector of this thread and final authority, the only one with the power to promote.

[300 Spartan General] Second in command to the king and close advisor.

[300 Spartan Captain] 3rd in command to the king (Thread moderator) The general's right hand, chief enforcer of thread's order, answers directly to the general and the king.

[300 Royal Council] Cunning men of words, Council Spartans have miscellaneous jobs within the Spartan Army . Their duties include Record tracking, Moral, Event planners, Internal Affairs to even Social Support to members that feel under the thumb. They vote Spartans into positions/ranks. They maintaining order within the thread by providing ideas and council to the king. Authority limited to the general and ultimately, the king's orders.

[300 Spartan Royal Guard]The protectors of our thread, wielding 1k+ swords they stand against any foe who dares step foot in Spartan land. They answer directly to the captain.

[300 Spartan Perioeci] Fierce Spartan warriors, the backbone of the Spartan army. They have earned the right to be called true Spartans after passing the 1 week trial.

[300 Spartan Helot] Aspiring miscers that have been accepted for trial. Once we believe you're committed to our thread, you will be promoted depending on your User Status. Under trial period for 1 week in order to prove themselves worthy of being called a Spartan..

Allies & Visitors Over the course of time Spartan have met friendly Visitors and now have become allies.. Feel free to post, However if you start acting like a tard, Spartan members are already instructed to place you under Ignore and report.


If you wish to disband from the Land of Sparta


You must inform either, The King, General or the Captain, reasons why you want to leave. However if one decides to leave without notice PUNISHMENT action will be taken as we would suspect you as a "REP" Exploit.

Yea man... I Used to have chronic lower back problems for years. As soon as I focused on my core. I have no problems what so ever, until I neglect my abs again after a few months.

Don't bother doing dead lifts unless you're prepared to put in same effort for core.
