Hey people so 3 months ago I just started lifting seriously and would like some help with my dl form. I find that my first few reps I can always get my back straight but then after a few my form just starts to fall apart is this normal? Is my form bad enough to really mess up my back? Deadlifting 220 lb in the video. Thanks in advanced!
