Okay so in short i take a fish oil, CLA, flax, and Carnitine pills. Looking at animal Omega it has all this and more which would save some money. Im wondering if it has sufficient amounts of mainly CLA as well as the others to completely replace them with only one pack a day when i take the individual pills 2-3 times a day.
And i also worried about switching because taking individuals lets me spread throughout the day while the pack will just get me all at once with breakfast. I kinda like the idea of all day coverage which is why i switched off animal pak and started with Opti-men.
Any educated input is appreciated

1. On Animal Pak - it's timed release
2. Animal Omega is a convenient way to get your EFA's, if you wanted to split up the pills you could but there really is no need as with EFA's there is no special timing needed. As far as the amount of CLA there is 800 mg in each packFree Agent
