My squats have been slow as hell man, switching up my routine for them because I think I haven't been doing it efficiently.
Going to do 2x5, then 1x8 with 85% of the weight used in the 2x5 sets.
My idea of "one top set" seems to work for bench and deads nicely.. but it just doesn't cut it for squats lol so I'm gonna try 2x5 with 155 today and build back up that way.
