probably not the healthiest way that he even dropped down to that low weight...dont know what the long term affects were, if any...as for gaining weight back...have the right plan and nutrition in place (oh and a lot of money in front of you to be at a certain physique for a movie), and im sure the sky is the limit

I can understand that he has almost unlimited resources when it comes to that. I also know it's his job, but I mean how can you gain 120lbs (perhaps more because he's weighing 220lbs in Dark Knight after a small cut already) in 6 months?Originally Posted by GuiltyOfWinning
