probably not the healthiest way that he even dropped down to that low weight...dont know what the long term affects were, if any...as for gaining weight back...have the right plan and nutrition in place (oh and a lot of money in front of you to be at a certain physique for a movie), and im sure the sky is the limit

I can understand that he has almost unlimited resources when it comes to that. I also know it's his job, but I mean how can you gain 120lbs (perhaps more because he's weighing 220lbs in Dark Knight after a small cut already) in 6 months?
Let's say I'm loaded, have no job and have unlimited gym access. Does that mean you can just pack on 120lbs of lean mass in 26 weeks? I'm just wondering what specifically is he doing differently from me and you. I mean if a kid just wrote on this forum that he knows how to add almost 6lbs/week of quality mass wouldn't you consider it impossible and ban him?

of course wasnt his natural body.. so when he came back to normal routine and weight lifting he would grow easy...
