    Oct 4 wrap up. Nutrition was good until dinner I had to work late and decided I had been fine an a simple burger sounded good. I had nothing special but had a Whopper Jr and Large order of Popcorn Chicken seemed better to at least get some protein if I was going to eat something fried versus just getting an order of fries. At that point calories were close however I got home and decided to have a few more things. In all I probably ate 800-1000 calories more than a "normal" cutting day but in reality it may was probably only 400 or so above maintaining. Was it the plan no but I don't usually have cravings but yesterday for some reason i did and decided I hadn't indulged in awhile so maybe my body needed a little boost in calories. I slept well and have no guilt about it. Back to normal today and am not concerned about it. In the end eventually I will have to have a balance and an occasional unplanned dinner or dessert will happen as long as it's occasional and in moderation I see no problem with it.

    Oct 5: Nutrition will be good no workout today unless I decide to get a jump on the weekend workout.

    Weekend wrap up: Well I ended up moving this weekend it was sort of planned but wasn't concrete until Friday shortly after work. So needless to say I was busy new place is on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs while lifting things. No scheduled workouts this weekend and nutrition was great up until dinner last night I went to a friends to watch some football and ended up having some pizza it sounded good and I hadn't for awhile. At this point a free meal was too much to refuse lol.

    Oct 8: Nutrition will be good I think I am going to take the week off of workouts I am sore all over from the move especially lower body and i haven't taken a break for basically 12 weeks so I think it will be good.

    Goal is to keep the nutrition in check for the rest of the week as I already have the groceries bought so should be set.

    I will try to report daily getting internet at the new place today. I saw 228.0 even as my weigh in yesterday am so it will be interesting to see where I end up Wednesday (weigh in day) after consuming a decent amount of pizza last night.

    Oct 8 Wrap Up: Nutrition was good no workout still pretty sore.

    Oct 9: Nutrition will be good I plan to work a little late and then organize the place more. I am not sure I will make it a full week without working out we'll see.

    I am retaining a good amount of water from the Pizza Sunday I am guessing tomorrow's weigh in will be the first where I don't lose and I possibly have a small gain.

    Oct 9 wrap up: Nutrition was good and almost back to feeling 100% legs are only thing that are a little sore.

    Oct 10: Nutrition will be good most likely no workout tonight but I think I will do some sort of upper body workout tomorrow night unless something comes up.


    Weigh in: 228.8 lbs down a pound from last week. Considering I enjoyed a good amount of Pizza Sunday I am happy to have any loss at all and would have been content with staying the same.

    Oct 10 wrap up: Nutrition was good. Nothing too exciting otherwise. I feel like I am rested and no longer sore from the move. Now to decide if I workout tonight or take a true week off and start back up with a workout Sunday Evening.

    Oct 11 wrap up: Nutrition was good. I did my groceries and look forward to making eggs toast etc tomorrow for the boys and I. I did not workout decided to stick with the plan of taking an entire week off and I count the move as a workout so. Sunday night should be a workout but I may have plans if those hold. I will workout Monday, Tuesday and Thursday next week. If they don't hold up I will workout Sunday, Monday and Thursday.

    Oct 12-14 Wrap up: Nutrition was good over the weekend and I loved the eggs toast and light sausage links I made each morning for breakfast as did the boys. I didn't get a workout in as plans happened Friday night but workout is planned for tonight and tomorrow night and then again on Thursday night. I feel good physically so I am ready to get some good workouts in.

    Oct 15 wrap up: Nutrition was good. I had a good workout it was a new gym and is a little less equipped than my last one but this one is included in my rent so I don't have to pay extra for it nor do I have the gas cost of driving to and from. I did my chest/back and abs workout and did a little cardio afterwards it was good overall give it a couple weeks and I will have my exact routine with how many plates etc are needed.

    Oct 16 wrap up: Nutrition was good. Due to a few things car at the shop leaving work late and having to get a ride to go get it etc I didn't get my leg workout in. I will do that workout tonight and bi's tri's and shoulders tomorrow. I wouldn't have gone upper body tonight anyways as I am very sore from my chest/back workout after taking a week off.

    Oct 17: Nutrition will be good and leg workout tonight then parent teacher conferences.

    Weekly weigh in: 224.6 lbs for a drop of 4.2 lbs.... I thought it was going to be more than 2 pounds but am surprised by this amount. The reason I knew it would be higher was the Sunday night before the last weigh in I had some really good pizza that was really bad for me and I ate plenty so I knew I was still retaining water when I did last weeks weigh in. I will take the loss and my goal of 220 by November although still needing over 2lbs each week is possible but regardless the last 3 months have been productive and that's what I care about. Still feels pretty awesome to say I am closer to 200 lbs than 250 lbs when less than a year ago I was closer to 325 lbs than 300 lbs.

    Oct 17 wrap up: Nutrition was good. However I never made it to leg day :/ Worked a little late ate dinner then had to drive to my two sons parent teacher conference then my check engine light turned on so I went and got that checked out and with waking up early for work I just wanted to get to bed and get some rest. So again things shift legs tonight upper body is still feeling Mondays workout and Bi's Tri's Shoulders tomorrow night. This is the first time in awhile that I "delay" two workouts in a week.

    Oct 18 wrap up: Nutrition was good and so was my leg workout.

    Oct 19: Nutrition will be good. I am leaning call this weeks workouts done and start sunday night with my bi's tri's shoulders workout then legs monday and chest/back Wednesday and then continue that each week as I have a large grocery I need to do tonight as well as something right after work and several errands tomorrow morning before I get my kid's. I am leaning this way but may change my mind when I get home tonight after everything. Things should stabilize in the next couple of weeks but work has been crazy and with the move I have extra things I need to do. Nutrition will not waiver during this time and should get my normal workouts in next week.

    Oct 24 wrap up: Workout was good and did some cardio afterwards. Nutrition was pretty good I had some sweet cravings so I ended up eating about 250 calories I normally don't not concerned about it I rarely get cravings and have been perfect for the last while so I gave into them and felt good afterwards. Between the cardio I don't normally do it won't make a difference.

    Oct 25: Nutrition will be good no workout tonight. Woke up with leg cramps in my left calf been months since this happened last but it hurts like hell. I was going to do legs right after work Friday but that will depend on how the calf feels sometimes it is sore for a few days after it cramps up bad.

    Nov 2: Nutrition will be good. No workout tonight and possibly skipping leg day altogether. My right foot has been sore since Halloween i sort of rolled the ankle while out with the kids but my ankle feels fine but the outer right part of my heel hurts like a sharp pain with some pressure no swelling etc. So likely no leg workout this week.

    Groceries will happen tonight though for the next two weeks food.
