    Well like I said Wednesday I was going to wait until today to decide what to do. I weighed and came in at 182.4 lbs which is a new low for me. I already have my groceries for next week so will keep next week the same at 1950 calories a day. I think I must have been retaining water from the beer I guess it wasn't much but I rarely drink except I have the past 2 weekends now but prior to that was over a year without not really by any conscious choice just I only drink in certain social settings.

    I'm planning to see 179.* or less sometime this month.

    Weekly update time I going to stick to the Wednesday weigh in's:
    Weekly weigh in 180.0 lbs

    Overall had a great week nutrition and workout wise allergies have been killing me but I'll survive. I have no idea what to expect the coming week since I had a ton of fluctuation this past week (uncommon for me) I will hope to see sub 180 next week but if I hold for a week or two I won't stress either. I am in the final stretch 10 lbs to go I think before I maintain into my eventual bulk. I am loving this part of things as although I track it'll happen as it happens.

    Weekly weigh in 178.6 lbs

    I didn't expect a loss since I had a big one last week but lost another 1.4 lbs and even ate slightly above 2k calories this weekend both Saturday and Sunday.

    8.6 pounds to go then maintain for awhile I have a wedding I'm part of on October 12th so thinking I may hold off a bulk until after that. Later then I wanted but I will be sized for a tux in August and don't want to not fit it after. It's longer than I was originally thinking but I can make that work bulk from October 14th until I hit 195 lbs or either February or March 14th. Then cut and hopefully see some nice gains next early summer. Not much else exciting going on have a good week all!

    What a out of normal last couple of weeks. I was 178.6 Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I decided I was going to take a weekend off enjoy some pizza and whatever with my boys so I did and I really enjoyed the mental break. I got back to things on Tuesday and was good Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of last week. Then I learned my Aunt past away so took a road trip from Kansas City to Toronto leaving Thursday night and arrived in Toronto Friday and basically ate things I can only get in Canada and had another long weekend of terrible eat and no workouts.

    Weight on 5/29/2013 was 186.6 and on 6/5/2013 was 185.2. I was thrilled I came in lighter the Wednesday after the Canada trip then the one after Memorial Day weekend. I am completely fine with these results and thing the mental break and extra calories may even have been good for me on some level. I got back into normal routine on Wednesday and got a workout in and plan to get 2 more in between Today and Sunday and will be back in the swing of things next week.

    I was 183.0 this morning so am shedding the water weight and any weight gain pretty fast. I love learning about how my body reacts as it goes to show that even with little to no exercise and eating/drinking excess calories I would guess I ate 3000-6000 calories each day of memorial day weekend and Friday thru Tuesday of my Canada trip you don't really gain much fast and it truly does take years of over eating to get to where I was.

    I should be back on track now and will give it my best effort to be where I was before memorial day weekend by the 6/12/2013 weigh in.

    If you have the opportunity to drink Rickard's Red (Beer in Canada) I highly suggest it and Poutine is awesome and a heart attack on a plate all mixed into one.

    Starting Monday I am back on track I had left over snacks from Canada and let them derail my weekend. I know I'll be fine all the week days I will just focus on remaining on track this weekend as well to get things going the right direction. I think overall the break the last few weekends has provided has been good but I don't want it to become a habit. I am not sure if I am still shedding water weight or if it is basically just weight at this point. I will aim for hitting my workouts hard and my nutrition and the results will happen.

    Do you plan on bulking any time soon dude? You've come some way with the weight loss i honestly admire your motivation. It is incredible. I just feel you and your body would benefit from a clean bulk whereby you only eat a surplus of 500 calories and re-evaluate your physique after a month of training.

    I think you deserve a clean bulk if i'm honest. Your transformation is incredible.

    Eventually yes my dilemma is that I have a wedding I am best man in so will be sizing for a tux in August for a October wedding and ideally trying not to fluctuate my size a ton during that time so I worry if I were to bulk from now to then everything would be too big not to mention summer is hot and the idea of having to eat more calories than I am used to everyday when it's 100 degrees and humid out sounds like torture. I do agree though that things for me have been a little tough lately as I feel like I'm so close but after that will be in limbo for awhile since I probably won't bulk until after the wedding. I guess I could do like a mini bulk for a month then cut possibly before the wedding.

    Weight on Wednesday was 177.6

    Overall was a solid week becoming a little hectic with work but still getting my workouts in but have cut my cardio to 10 mins post workout and only doing weight 3 times a week like I have been so a total of 30 mins of cardio a week. Nutrition was good until the Ice Cream I had Sunday night and 3 servings of Doritos jacked chips which resulted in about 1k calories of excess over normal not a big deal really.

    I am taking a business trip that will result in Mon-Wed not being able to stick to my routine 100% so I will try to do my best with the options presented to me and go from there. On the bright side I am 176.6 today after having some pizza and a crown and coke for dinner last night.

    I am happy with only .6 lbs gain since it's likely water weight and I basically just ate what I thought was best with my choices Sunday through Wednesday night while on a business trip. I only got one workout in this week and am not going to get one in today. I plan to enjoy some good eat and maybe a few beers with a group of friends that it's likely been 5 years since we were last together.

    I should be in the full swing of things starting Monday for the rest of July and don't plan to go crazy this weekend but may be a little more lax than I am usually.

    Well I have been quiet in my log the last month almost but I am still doing my thing. I just finished a 3 month thread from May 1st to August 1st and went from 183.4 to 174.6 during that time. I am at a crossroads I have a wedding to go to in mid October and I am getting sized for the tux this weekend. I plan to basically maintain until the wedding and then start a slow bulk through the rest of the year and likely into early 2014. I will then see how I am doing and likely cut.

    174.6 is the lightest I have ever been besides childhood. I am guessing I wasn't this light at 17 or maybe even 16 if I was I was shorter. I have some loose skin around my lower abdomen and inner thighs it's not horrendous but I notice it and am hoping that with time for my body to adjust with my weight and a slow bulk it will contract/I will fill it out a little.

    If it doesn't I have no regrets as I will take being a healthy weight and in pretty good shape with some loose skin versus being over 300lbs unable to do much of any level of activity but not have loose skin.

    I will keep trying to update but I think for now my goal is to be between 175-180 by October 12th so basically my first true test of planned maintaining.

    Updated weight 176.4 on 10/07/2013.

    Since June 14th 2013 thru October 7th 2013 I have basically kept my weight in a range of basically 6lbs range 180.5 to 174.2 (goal was stay between 175-185)so I think I have shown myself that I have figured out maintaining to a degree. I have gone out to eat meals, gone on vacation and celebrated holidays etc during that time frame.

    So with that said I have finally made it to the week of the wedding (my friends) and in response have bumped calories up starting yesterday to 2400 a day. Not sure what my goals are beyond eat more and get stronger/build muscle mass. Tired of the maintaining (it's boring at least since I am not at my goal physique wise). So I will do 2400 a day plus a couple cheats with the wedding I am going to this weekend and evaluate come November 1st if this is the right calorie number or if I should eat more/less and move forward from there.

    My girlfriend got me a new bicycle for a gift Trek DS 8.5 I love it. So my only cardio will come from when I can get out and ride that before winter. Long slow bulk for the winter incoming. I figured I would post something as I have kind of been inactive on the forums except weekly updates.

    Checking in so I did a third week at 2400 calories and today marks 1 week at 2700 calories. I was 180.8 lbs last Friday but I had a cheat meal both Wednesday and Thurday (Halloween).

    Today I weighed in at 177.8 lbs still too early to tell if the scale is actually moving up or not I should know more in another week or 2 at 2700 calories my hunch is I may have to get closer to 3k calories a day we'll see.

    I am loving the extra food to a degree but at the same time finding having to consume at least 2700 a day every day a bit of a hassle.

    I do love the flexibility in meal planning it allows though. However managing what I'm going to eat was much easier when I had to eat less.
