For about 6 months I've been having lower back pains on the right side at about hip level. It only happens when I generally workout my back, but mainly the pain comes when I drop off the pull up bar on impact with the ground (even when I lightly drop). The pain is very high when it happens and makes it very hard to stand up and last for about a few minutes at a severe rate and then decreases to a lower pain and causes my right bac to stiffen up. I've taken weeks off and it has done nothing to improve the inury.
I'm in the military and on a special duty assignment and would not like to see medical, as I could likely end up off the assignment. It doesn't restrict my work at all to this point, however if it were to I'd seek help. If anyone has experienced or heard of anything like this could you please school me up. I've tried looking and came up with very little.
