If you want to look like Tyler Durden, I'd suggest you:
1) Smoke more cigarettes.
2) Make more soap.
3) Drink non-stop.
4) Fight.
Otherwise, you just aren't doing it properly. .

He shredded down to 3% body fat at around 155 pounds (according to him) and he's 5'10ish. I'm fairly sure he did some clean bulking and likely boxing/martial arts for the role first though, as his goal was to have a low body weight while still having muscle mass. Remember though, it's his job to conform to the physical requirements of a role and those requirements aren't always healthy. Genetics also likely played a part as he appears to be an ecto (long and lanky arms, broad shoulders and long torso.) For shredding, according to him, he did a 4-5 day split focusing on endurance (includes LOTS of push ups on chest day and pull ups on back day), with 60-90 minutes of intense cardio once a week followed by a day or two of rest. Can't guarantee the same results, but it's your choice.
Flat bench - 175
Incline bench - 135
Barbell curl - 90
Squat - 210
Deadlift - 230
Leg press - 550
My squat is much lower than my leg press since I didn't bother to train my hamstrings properly for about 2 years.

He's 5'11" and the word on teh interwebs is around 165-155lbs in fight club. He would dehydrate himself the night before and day of scenes and get a muscle pump going before scenes. Strong Hollywood style illusions, lighting and what not.

I thought he was taller than that?
But yeah, down to a weight nobody on this forum would tolerate.

Dude looks like a skinny b!tch in that movie, no idea why so many people are obsessed with that body type. If you want to look like him then just stop eating and don't lift.

I don't think he's any lower then 10%
His abs aren't super defined. He is obviously flexing in that picture. Plus the lighting is perfect. If he was around 6% bodyfat his arms would look much more shredded. That being said he is still going to be more aesthetically pleasing then a lot of guys with less fat and more LBM. Guess that's why he's a movie star...-Former 300lb club

^^^^ Not sure I like the way Arnold looks. Sure, he's got big muscles, but it almost looks unnatural. Plus, unless you're tall, you'll likely end up looking like a box in a suit. Owens looks good, but a bit too "big" for my taste.
How about wanting to look like Cristiano Ronaldo?

Brad Pitt does not look to be below 9%. Frank Zane all the way for my ideal:
That's gonna get you way more attention at the beach than Brad Pitt's body.
Lol @ this thread becoming a 'post your ideal physique thread'.

Its annoying to see guys always getting on at the people who want to look like Brad Pitt/whoever. Who cares if he isn't super big or ripped? We lift and eat proper to look HOW WE WANT. Not some generic answer every single time like "StOP eAtING 4 A yEER and ULL luk LIKE Him!!"
Who cares if they aren't huge, a lot of us aren't interested in looking like Arnold or anybody similar.

Hey, Thanks for your replys and yes this thread is now "post a picture of idea on body goals for me "
Lean and Cut
So big you look fat in a shirt
Lean and Big
everyone has different tast and im going to say most guys would like the Huge look!!! But me im a tall guy and like the lean and cut look with a 6 pack (just athletic looking) I dont have to look like i eat meat and potatoes every meal and drink cell mass while doing 400lb squats haha
Personaly i think its great for anyone to have a ideal look that they want to achieve, it gives them motivation and really learn how to treat the body to get their body. Of course, those kids who want steroid veiny freak body well thats a different story!
Im going to stand with saying Bradd Pitt is 155lbs at 5'10 8%bf, cause like you guys said the lighting is perfect and he isnt just completely shredded! Hes just defined/cut/lean
"For me to get like this i would say since im 2" taller than him 160lbs or 165lbs 8%bf" Thats my guess
ThanksGuys

Im one of those guys who dont want to look like a Thick Veiny Hulk, it looks fat in shirts most of the time and plus most of those guys cant even turn their neck, they have to completely rotate their body to look the other way they are so big!
I do respect those people out there though that want that look without roids, takes alot of eating and hard work in the gym

Arnold is far from natural, most natural guys dont get that big, most lie about being natural anyways so you dont know who to trust or what to believe, except average natural guys DONT get that big. People always say "you dont try hard enough", but the truth is most guys who are serious do, they are just limited by genetics. The rock is also worlds away from being natural.
Goal body for me (and realistic):
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
