LISS vs MISS vs HIIT on IF

On rest days which one is optimal while doing Intermittent Fasting. Also should I run in the fasted or fed state. Thanks.

Do cardio if you want to do it or just increase the deficit, when you eat wont effect fat loss.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Shouldn't I run on rest days though? I know on workout days weight lifting is the substitute but I feel I should run on rest days as well.
