Dude taking ZMA can go one or two ways, it can give you intensely deep sleep with unrealistically vivid dreams, or you can be up all night and just have the worste night ever. take when your tired.

I forget what smoking is like i've been off so long

I loved Bulletproof too. It was my understanding that MusclePharm discontinued it in favor of pushing their Arnold Series Iron Dreams. You can always try that and hope for a similar result.

As for other options, it really depends on what your malfunction is (said in the nicest way possible) - if you are light sensitive, Melatonin might work for you. There are also non-supplement options (whcih are the cheapest options): avoid caffeine in the evening, remove extra light and electronics and distractions from your sleeping area.

I have had some luck with AI Sports' 3Z (valerian root). I also had good luck with a GABA product like the Nutrabolics one. I logged Appnut's HGH-Up for a month (log in sig), and while it did not affect my onset of sleep, I had deeper sleep with less waking up and more vivid dreams.

    ZMA is love/hate for sure.

Melatonin is a cheap option to try out to see if it relaxes you enough, but start at a low dose. Nimbus Abyss Unparalleled has phenomenal reviews if you're looking for supplementation.

oh ya, I am one of those people who didn't like ZMA. I tried the Allmax one and it immediately ended all sleep whatsoever until I stopped taking it. Odd, but it happens.

Taking casein isn't really going to help you sleep in any way other than preventing hunger.

You just have to give a few products a try. Something ZMA based would be worth a shot, imo.

The three things I have used in the past were. ZMA which didn't really do much for my sleep patterns, Humanofort which I did actually sleep somewhat better for a while and REM 8.0. The humanofort is I used Humaogrowth by labarada was basically the peptide and an IGF-1 complex. I found I sleep longer on this. Rem 8.0 has phenibut, gaba, zinc, b6 and some other ingredients that help promote better sleep and recovery.

I had great results with AI sports 3Z. Took it when I had to be up super early for work. Only got about 5 hours sleep but felt refreshed like I had gotten 8 hours. Try it out and see how it goes for you. Also Musclepharm Iron Dream is supposed to basically be a replacement for Bulletproof.

I just recently picked up some Infinite Labs Cyclo-REM because it looked like a pretty good deal with $5 off, ZMA, GABA, 5-htp, Melatonin, and DMG (which I'm not as familiar with as the others). 90 servings.

Getting it on Monday so we'll see how it goes, hope that helps.

I ran a log for HGHPro and got lots of deep restful sleep from it. AI also makes 3Z which also aids in sleeping. Might want to look into those two.

Bulletproof works for me, I have also heard very good things about Abyss. I tried the new arnold series iron dream and did not really care for it, seems like musclepharm cut the active ingredients in half, so I found some bulletproof online and ordered another couple tubs.

I am glad those products worked for you. 3z by AI Sports Nutrition contains Zinc and Magnesium, which were mentioned above. 3z helps me get great sleep every time i use it.

Some other products that I've tried and work great are:

Arnold Schwarzenegger Series: Iron Dream, which also contains Zinc and Magnesium and many other great ingredients that help you get great restful sleep. Grape flavor tastes great, so it's like a treat before going to sleep. I got great sleep with this product.

Millennium Sport: SOMNIDREN-GH is another product that I've tried personally and got a great restful sleep.

Melatonin. aids in falling asleep faster.

GABA- growth hormone potentiator.... wake up feeling refreshed and recovery is increased.

ZMA- you get vivid dreams from this (you can actually remember what you dream about)... and wake up feeling refreshed.
Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.

    Supplement Stack:
    -Orange Triad
    -CreaCore
    -MusclePharm Fish Oil
    -Caffeine Tablets

Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

Sleephoria is the best that I have tried. Knocks me out, keeps me asleep and I wake up feeling rested. Nimbus abyss unparalleled is second place for me. It is very good for stress but sleephoria beats it for sleep.

Abyss unparalleled is my favorite sleep supp, and it fits my personal needs the best. If you don't mind melatonin, Elixair is an amazing formula that hits sleep from multiple angles, but also includes hica for recovery.

    Agree 100% on your suggestions.
App Nut HGHUP and iForce Lightouts are other two that work really well and I enjoyed.
