bodybuild and train for football? can it be done?

    Hey whats up guys?

Ok im currently training for football season this year, for college, they gave me a workout for threedays a week and these are the main lifts in of each day
    1st day-powerclean&bench
    2nd day-clean and jerk&squat
3rd day-powersnatch&shoulder press.....all have these have about 5 sets with low reps and heavy weight
also theres various auxilaries but im planning to change them some

i love the powerlifting and football but im also into bodybuilding and want to shape a workout so i can benifit both, like i have a huge chest back and legs but smaller arms and a higher bf%
-i jus started a dedicated diet plan for bodybuilding

But do u guys think you can give me some ideas on how to do this? like how should i set up my workout for it with out overtraining?

    Thanks!

Just add some isolation work to your football routine.

LOL That's completely unnecessary. imho.. build up the compounds for a good base, then add in isolatory exercises when you have bigger muscle bellies.

Just keep bodybuilding with a few compound and speed building exercises like bench and hangcleans. Then increase your calories when the season starts. Make sure you go heavy on most exercises 6-8 reps.
