    AMAZING results man!!!! You are better fit than most younger guys than me, and I just mean to be able to transform your body like that, and obviously in your present shape.

    In the first picture do you or anyone else know what the approx. bodyfat % is??

    Awesome Transformation Man. Maybe it has to do with your good 10 RMs on the All Pro Routine.
    It is my personal opinion that one should not start any Body Building program unless their 10 RM on the Bench is at least their body weight.

    Instead of starting with a Rod, it better to get up some strength using a good strength routine (Stronglifts or Starting Strength) where you can add some weight to the Bar faster. Otherwise no point lifting the Bar only for 5 weeks.

    However tempted I am to start a body building routine, i am now trying to squeeze out as much weight as possible using the simple 5X5. Hopefully, I will be able to start in 3-4 months.

    Thanks. I still have a long way to go to get to my goal of 180lbs at 10%BF... Maybe 4 or 5 years.

    I would guess BF was in the low 20's.
    The best part of this is, my kids are learning to live healthier because of me.
